Terms of Sale

1. Purpose — These terms govern sales of digital and custom (print-on-demand) products on the site. 2. Prices — In euros, taxes included. The seller may change them at any time. 3. Order — Validated after payment via Stripe. 4. Digital products — Delivered by instant download. The customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal once the download begins. 5. Print-on-demand — Made to order and shipped by a partner. Indicative delivery 3–7 business days. 6. Refund — See refund policy. 7. Liability — The seller is not liable for misuse of the products. 8. Governing law — French law. Disputes: mediation then competent courts.
